YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You bring the mobility wishes of our customers directly to life in the branch and find the right rental car for every customer

• You are an organizational talent and keep an eye on the availability and utilization of our fleet

• You keep your smile even in turbulent times and represent SIXT as a premium provider in the car rental industry

• You know your way around our services and systems after our training in the SIXT Academy and help new colleagues settle in quickly

YOUR SKILLS COUNT

• Sales talent You radiate sympathy, are highly motivated, and excite in direct customer contact

• Practical experience You have ideally completed an apprenticeship or have practical experience in sales, service, or tourism (e.g. retail, hotel, gastronomy, reception, or customer service) and are also welcome as a lateral entrant

• Organizational talent You work reliably, are responsible, and like to organize

• Flexibility You are willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and are flexible with working hours

• Communication You can speak fluent German with our customers and bring English skills with you

• Driving license You possess a valid B driving license

Your target salary for this position is EUR 2,800,- brutto per month. It consists of a basic salary of EUR 2,200,- brutto (full-time basis, including holiday and Sunday premiums) and a monthly performance-based bonus of approximately EUR 600,- brutto - of which EUR 200,- brutto is guaranteed.
