Your Role at SIXT

• You bring the mobility wishes of our customers directly to life and find the right rental car for each customer

• You are an organizational talent and keep track of the availability and utilization of our fleet

• You maintain your smile even in turbulent times and represent SIXT as a premium provider in the automotive rental industry

• You know yourself after our training in the SIXT Academy with our services and systems, and help new colleagues settle in quickly

Your Skills Count

• Sales Talent You radiate sympathy, are highly motivated, and excite customers directly

• Practical Experience You have ideally completed an apprenticeship or gained practical experience in sales, service, or tourism (e.g. retail, hospitality, gastronomy, reception, or customer service) and are also welcome as a lateral entrant

• Organizational Talent You work reliably, are responsible, and organize easily

• Flexibility You are willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and are flexible with working hours

• Communication You can speak fluent German with our customers and bring secure English skills

• Licence You possess a valid B driving licence

Your target salary for this position is EUR 3,700,- brutto per month. It consists of a basic salary of EUR 1,700,- brutto (full-time basis, plus holiday and Sunday premiums) and a monthly performance-based bonus of approximately EUR 2,000,- brutto - of which EUR 200,- brutto is guaranteed (full-time basis).
