Job description
The RHG Lichte eG is your consulting and service-oriented partner for building, home, garden, and agriculture for private and professional customers. Our range of services includes classic building centers with garden centers and professional building material wholesale.
Tasks
- Consult and advise private and corporate customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Inform customers about product benefits and offer our services
- Determine customer needs, create offers and orders
- Order goods from suppliers
- Process complaints
Qualification
- You have good knowledge and experience in the area of garden and plant.
- You bring a quick understanding, high willingness to learn, commercial thinking and acting, and a structured work approach.
- You are reliable and have a structured work approach.
- You are communicative.
