Your tasks

As a Sales Advisor in the Hilti Store Winterthur, you are the face of Hilti on site. A varied everyday life awaits you:

• You receive and advise our customers competently and with a service orientation.
• You identify needs and find the appropriate solution from our broad portfolio of products and services.
• You build long-term customer relationships and actively develop existing customers.
• You proactively use sales opportunities and exploit the potential of your customer base.
• You ensure an attractive product presentation and a professional appearance of the store.
• You are responsible for inventory management and ensure smooth processes.
• You work closely with our sales and service teams and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the construction, trades, or technical environment
• Several years of experience in the construction or trades industry, ideally with sales experience
• Enjoy direct customer contact and active selling
• Positive mindset, high self-motivation, and perseverance
• Very good German language skills
• Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge an advantage, Salesforce an advantage
