For our store in Potsdam we are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant in part-time (20 / 25 / 30 h) or as a student worker (15-20h), starting immediately.

Your Responsibilities in Sales

• You will personally advise our customers and help them find the perfect product.

• You will share the stories behind our products and convey the values of Gusti Leder.

• You will conduct sales conversations and operate the cash register system.

• You will present our bags and accessories in an appealing and creative manner.

• You will restock merchandise and ensure the store is tidy and inviting.

• You will assist with sales promotions and daily store operations.

• You will work closely with the store management and your store team.

What You Bring

• You enjoy sales and personal contact with customers.

• You approach people openly and empathetically and are a good listener.

• You are enthusiastic about individual advice and authentic storytelling.

• You have an eye for aesthetics, merchandise presentation, and details.

• You work reliably, are organized, and enjoy working in a team.

• You are open to digital cash register systems, inventory management systems, and digital tools.

• You have good German language skills; English skills are desirable.

Formal training or professional experience in retail is helpful but not required. We also welcome career changers from gastronomy, hospitality, service industries, or other customer-oriented sectors.
