As a Saleswoman Meat (m/f/d), you ensure the availability and order of goods in your department. You are the direct point of contact for our customers and advise them on our extensive range of meat and sausage products.

• Customer Service: You advise and inspire our gastronomy customers as a competent contact person, as you are available to our customers for all questions and requests regarding our extensive range of meat and sausage products.
• Stocking Goods: Thanks to your support, our customers can always rely on well-stocked and neatly organized shelves.
• Merchandising: You present the goods attractively for our customers and always keep an eye on the order and cleanliness of the meat department.
• Quality Assurance: Our customers can rely on the availability of fresh and high-quality products, as you ensure compliance with legal and regulatory quality assurance features (e.g., HACCP, MHD control)

• Education: Ideally, you have completed commercial training or have experience as a sales assistant (m/f/d), retail sales assistant (m/f/d) in the food trade, specialized meat sales assistant (m/f/d) or journeyman butcher (m/f/d) in a similar sales role.
• Career Changers: Are you a butcher (m/f/d) or from the gastronomy sector (e.g., cook (m/f/d) or restaurant specialist (m/f/d))? As a career changer, you are very welcome with us!
• Experience and Knowledge: Ideally, you have initial experience at the fresh counter and possess good knowledge of meat and sausage products.
• Customer Orientation: You are enthusiastic about retail as well as meat and sausage products and exhibit customer-oriented behavior.
• Willingness to Work: You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
