• You ensure a special shopping experience and highly satisfied customers
• As the deputy to the Store Manager (m/f/d) or First Associate (m/f/d), you support the efficient management of workflows and the training of the team
• In doing so, you take on all tasks that arise in the sales area and the warehouse
• For example, you check incoming goods, set them up on the sales floor, and verify their best-before dates
• You replenish fruit, vegetables, and baked goods, and check their freshness
• You handle cashier duties and assist with warehouse and cleaning work

• Completed vocational training in retail, preferably with professional experience or as a career changer
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with customers
• Desire to pitch in diligently and quickly
• Flexibility and team spirit, as well as organizational talent and leadership experience
• For the sales role, good German language skills (at least B1 level) are required to ensure smooth communication with customers.
