As a salesperson (m/w/d) for prefabricated houses in Nuremberg, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Developing and maintaining customer relationships, • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads, • Conducting site visits to assess potential building sites, • Collaborating with our construction team to ensure successful project implementation, • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, or engineering), • At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
