Field Sales Representative - Fire Department Specialist (m/f/d) - 100% FTE

Your Area of Operation

You will serve both German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland equally, from Jura to Wallis – independently from your home office with a high proportion of field service, close to your customers. Ideally, your place of residence is in the greater Bern area.

Your Role

We will get you started: During a structured onboarding process, you will take over an existing customer network with strong references and expand it into your own. You will recognize what your customers truly need, provide solution-oriented advice, and confidently manage the sales process through to closing. Short communication channels, open doors, and a strong team behind you will free you up to focus on what matters: your customers.

Your Responsibilities

• You will advise at eye level, identify potentials, and develop tailored sales strategies.
• You will conduct sales meetings, negotiate contracts, and be responsible for your budget.
• You will work closely with our product and service managers.
• You will look after and develop your customer base in the fire department specialist area.
• You will prepare customized quotes. These will be created in close cooperation with Commercial Management.

Your Profile

• Active member of the fire department, ideally as an officer or instructor – respiratory protection know-how is a plus.
• Technical basic training, ideally supplemented by further education (e.g., Technical Salesperson, Sales Professional).
• Several years of field sales experience are preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, independent personality with negotiation skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Fluent German and French (Bilingual) are mandatory requirements.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Driver's license category B and willingness for special assignments.
