Salesperson for our Farm Shop and Market Team (d/m/w) Sa

We are one of the most versatile agricultural companies in the Filders, building on Bioland guidelines since 1995 on approximately 20 hectares over 80 different vegetable varieties.

We market our vegetables through our delivery service, farm shop, and weekly market.

We are looking for energetic support for our market team in our farm shop in Bonlanden and our market team in Plattenhardt. Our team currently consists of two full-time employees and several part-time workers. We sell vegetables from our own Bioland cultivation and other bio food products of daily needs. We are looking for you as the third full-time person who will work regularly and enjoy being part of our farm.

Schedule

• Friday – Preparation: 8:30 – 14:00 Uhr
• Friday – Setup & Sales: 12:00 – ca. 19:00 Uhr
• Saturday – Weekly Market: 5:00 – ca. 14:00 Uhr
• Saturday – Farm Shop: 6:30 – ca. 14:00 Uhr

We would like to schedule you regularly on Fridays and Saturdays in at least one shift.

If you need more hours: Apply anyway! We'll look for where we can place you additionally in the company.

Tasks

• Preliminary work and commissioning of goods on Friday morning
• Setup and dismantling as well as ware presentation preparation
• Counseling and sales of bio fruit, vegetables, and other bio food products
• Contact person for our part-time workers during your shift
  (e.g. regarding assortment, procedures or special counseling situations)
• Contact with the Fruit and Vegetable Production Team during your shift
• Feedback and reports to colleagues from Ordering or Scheduling
• Maintenance of price tags and sales prices in the scales
• Daily closing and cash responsibility

Qualification

• Experience and interest in selling and/or preparing bio vegetables and fruit
• Social skills, enthusiasm for bio food products and the ability to pass this on to our customers
• Pleasure in physical work
• Overview and responsibility to take over a market day
