As a Salesperson / Retail Salesman / Market Employee (m/w/d), you will be responsible for: • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge; • Assisting customers in selecting the right products and providing advice on usage and maintenance; • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently; • Participating in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment; • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them; • Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data. Requirements: • Completed vocational training in retail or a related field; • 2-3 years of experience in retail sales; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
