Sales Back Office & Technology Employee (m/f/d) Sales Back Office & Tire Technology (80–100 %) with Deputy Management | Grenchen The Radac AG operates in the tire and wheel business for passenger cars, trucks, and agricultural machinery. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a customer-oriented personality who combines commercial work with technical interest and will gradually take on responsibility in the Deputy Management role. Your Tasks You will advise our customers and buy and sell tires and wheels for passenger cars, trucks, and agricultural machinery. You will create quotes, process orders, and coordinate workshop appointments. You will calculate and assess tire solutions for agricultural vehicles. You will manage our used tires and wheels – from acquisition to sale. In the absence of the Managing Director, you will make operational daily decisions, manage personnel, and handle defined purchasing and pricing decisions. What You Bring A completed technical apprenticeship and further commercial training, for example, business school, technical specialist, or similar. German or Austrian as a native language and good knowledge of the other language. Experience or strong interest in handling passenger cars and agricultural machinery. Technical understanding, enjoyment of sales, and a reliable, independent way of working. Willingness to take on responsibility and to be trained in the role of Deputy Management.
