As a lead, We are seeking an experienced Verification & Validation Lead to join our Test Engineering team at Mawson Lakes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the verification and validation efforts across multiple projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards. Responsibilities: • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians on verification and validation activities. • Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports in accordance with industry best practices and company standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements. • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified risks. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science). • 5+ years of experience in verification and validation, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry. • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing. • Experience with test management tools and software, such as TestRail or TestLink. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
