We know how hard it is to find a rental property in large cities. Maybe you also realize how nice it is to be able to make people happy with a new rental property. At Wooove, we do that every day. Wooove is a full-service provider for real estate projects with a specialization in renting out newly built homes. We build the online rental environment and take care of the personal touch at delivery on location.

The Function
As a letting agent, you are responsible for the contacts with interested home seekers on the property projects we rent out. In addition, you are responsible for assigning, setting up, and controlling files and preparing and signing rental agreements. You usually work on projects (no single private homes) and are often on location during deliveries. Furthermore, you are responsible for the following:

• Processing personal customer questions in various systems and monitoring applications and files from potential renters;
• Maintaining contact with future tenants about the process;
• Coordinating and taking care of the execution of marketing activities for the various rental properties.

We Ask
Experience in renting out homes via CRM systems such as OSRE, New Build Office, and Property to Market is a plus. Just like your organizational and creative talent. Furthermore, a few basics:

• We work fully digitally, so you have the ability to organize and process large amounts of information quickly and accurately in digital systems;
• Good command of Dutch and English language in both word and writing;
• You can work independently and take responsibility for completing your tasks;
• HBO work and thinking level.
