Do you have experience with landfills or bagger depots and want to use your technical expertise for a safe and sustainable living environment? Then we're looking for you! For the Waste cluster, we are seeking a permit issuer with technical knowledge who wants to delve into environmental issues surrounding waste processing.

Your role as Waste Permit Issuer landfills and bagger depots
You will be the content-based point of contact for permit applications related to landfills and bagger depots. You work at the intersection of technology and environment, contributing to careful decision-making on complex environmental issues. Within your work, you have a lot of contact with colleagues, businesses, and other government agencies. You are responsible for:

• evaluating permit applications related to landfills and bagger depots;
• analyzing technical information and translating it into clear, legal regulations;
• conducting conversations with applicants, businesses, and colleagues to establish the right starting points;
• drafting advice and permits that comply with current environmental legislation;
• working together with lawyers and supervisors in handling applications.

You will be working in the Waste cluster, which is part of the team Permit Issuance Land-based Environment, Waste-processing Industry, Soil, and Water. The cluster consists of seven colleagues who are always willing to support you where needed. Throughout the organization, we go informally with each other, making it easy for us to engage in conversation across all layers of the organization.

You enjoy working on complex technical issues that have social impact. You value clarity, can switch between different interests, and know how to convey technical information clearly. You work accurately, have an eye for detail, and find it pleasant to work together within a professional team.

• In connection with the DBA Act, this job cannot be filled by a ZZPer due to the nature of the task. Interested ZZPers can only be detached in employment via an agency. Doorleenconstructies (with a model agreement) are not permitted. By submitting your application, you declare that your candidate will be detached in employment.
• Your CV shows that the candidate has a degree in a technical field from a higher vocational education institution
• The candidate has their own phone and tablet for performing work tasks. The OMWB does not reimburse costs for this.
• The OMWB does not provide compensation for travel expenses, parking fees, and accommodation costs. Business trips are reimbursed at 0.19 net per kilometer.
• There should be a click in the conversation with the candidate.
• The candidate has knowledge of or experience with landfills and/or bagger depots
• The employee is required to wear PPE when performing work tasks.
• The candidate has affinity for environmental legislation and spatial processes, as well as the ability to translate technical information into legally binding permit regulations
• The employee possesses the following PPE: minimum S3 shoes, helmet, overall, etc.

• The employer requests a VOG with an overall screening profile tested on all points under 1 and 4.

• Candidate should have 3 to 7 years of experience in a comparable function.
