Procurement Manager (m/w/d) Public Tender

We are looking for a procurement manager (m/w/d) – public tenders on behalf of our partner company in Munich. The ideal candidate will start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• As Procurement Manager (m/w/d), you will oversee national and European tendering and procurement processes, adhering to current procurement law regulations.
• You will also advise internal departments on procurement procedures, suitable procurement methods, and required documentation.
• In addition, you will prepare announcements, conduct submissions, and perform formal bid evaluations, including documentation.
• You will coordinate deadlines, lead bidder communication, and negotiate through and ensure a smooth flow of procurement processes.
• You will also create procurement recommendations and accompany the commercial and formal evaluation of detailed bids.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in business administration, architecture, civil engineering, law, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience in public procurement, particularly in the context of construction, supply, or service contracts.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of GWB, VOB/A, VOL/A, VgV, UVgO, and ideally HOAI and bid calculations.
• You convince through negotiation skills, organizational strength, and a structured, self-responsible work style.
• You also work confidently with MS Office, SAP, and digital procurement platforms and communicate sovereignly with internal and external contact partners.
