What you will achieve with us?

Efficient Plant Operation and Optimization

• Setup and operation of injection molding / extrusion machines
• Conversion and precise adjustment for new products.
• Ongoing machine monitoring to ensure smooth processes
• Targeted troubleshooting of occurring disturbances

Team Development and Performance Enhancement

• Motivating support of the team and guidance of new colleagues
• Performance and quality controls to ensure high standards
• Analysis and optimization of workflows for increased efficiency
• Leadership of workgroups for coordinated implementation of goals

Plant Optimization and Technology Progress

• Safety of plant functionality
• Active plant optimization, e.g. through speed optimization
• Integration of new technologies to keep production up-to-date

This is YOU:

• You work well with your hands and have an interest in technical processes
• You possess a completed vocational training as a plastics and rubber technologist (m/w/d) - Focus on Formed Parts/Half-Finished Products or a comparable technical education
• Experience in plastic processing, preferably in the production of hoses and hose lines
• You are willing to work in a three-shift model
• Reliability and team spirit characterize you!
