Your Tasks as Process Mechanician for Plastic and Rubber Technology (m/w/d):

• Setup, maintenance, and installation of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment
• Troubleshooting of machine and equipment malfunctions during the production process
• Ensuring product quality and quantity according to specifications
• Conducting and documenting quality tests
• Sampling at product changes and new introductions
• Organizing production workflow within the shift group according to plan
• Assigning production employees to workstations
• Maintaining all legal and company regulations regarding occupational safety, environmental protection, and fire prevention
• Availability for shift work within a 7-day week (7 days of work, then 2 days off)

Your Profile as Process Mechanician for Plastic and Rubber Technology (m/w/d):

• Completed training as Process Mechanician for Plastic and Rubber Technology, focus on injection molding technology
• Ideal candidate with at least one year of experience as an installer in the injection molding industry
• Familiarity with Sepro industrial robots and linear handling systems (not required)
• High level of quality awareness and technical understanding
• Teamwork, reliability, and self-employed work style
• Persistence and organizational skills
