Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology / Plastics Technologist (m/f/d)

To strengthen our production facility in Gütersloh, we are looking for a Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology or a Plastics Technologist (m/f/d) as soon as possible, who can actively support and optimize our injection molding machines.

Responsibilities

Your tasks:

• Setup and commissioning of injection molding machines and adjacent processes
• Monitoring and support of production facilities (injection molding machines)
• Troubleshooting, retooling (tool changes), and starting up injection molding machines
• Optimization of the manufacturing process (quality, process parameters, etc.)
• Sampling of new tools
• Creation and documentation of process and machine data

Qualifications

Your qualifications:

• Completed apprenticeship as a Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology (injection molding), Plastics Molder, Plastics Technologist, or similar qualifications
• Experience in independent setup and startup of plastic injection molding machines as well as in optimizing injection molding processes, including production monitoring
• Experience in sampling new tools, maintenance, and preventive maintenance
• Independent, goal-oriented, and reliable way of working
• High awareness of quality and responsibility
• Creativity, manual dexterity, and teamwork skills
• MS Office knowledge is an advantage
