Process Mechanic / Setter for Injection Molding Machines (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for several Process Mechanics / Setters for Injection Molding Machines (m/f/d), starting immediately.

Tasks

• Operation of injection molding machines and troubleshooting minor faults
• Removal of parts, labeling of removed parts according to specifications, and recording of production data according to requirements
• Setup and assembly of all accessories according to specifications
• Starting up tools, assessing produced parts for production release
• Optimization of production processes and machine configuration
• Sampling and validation of new tools, including documentation
• Handover of new and optimized tools to production
• Coordination of required tool measures in conjunction with the new construction or service management in toolmaking
• Setup and dismantling of tools, setting up machines including input of production data

Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience as a setter (m/f/d) in plastics manufacturing
• Good PC skills and confident use of MS Office
• Structured and independent way of working
• Teamwork skills, initiative, and high commitment to performance
• Willingness to work shifts
