Process Engineer / Chemical Engineer for Water Treatment and Dosing Technology (m/f/d)

For an internationally active company in the field of dosing, process, and water treatment technology, we are looking for a Process Engineer / Chemical Engineer (m/f/d) who translates technical customer requirements into tailor-made plant concepts.

You will work on technically challenging solutions for water treatment as well as for various industrial applications – including in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries – and accompany your projects from the initial technical idea to handover to production.

Responsibilities

• You will develop and dimension customer-specific plants for water treatment, dosing, and the treatment of fluid media.
• You will analyze technical requirements and develop suitable process engineering solutions from them.
• You will create flow diagrams, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• You will technically design components and plants and participate in the calculation of offers.
• You will accompany projects from customer inquiry through engineering to handover to production.
• If necessary, you will support the commissioning of the plants at the customer's site and conduct technical briefings or training sessions.
• You will work closely with sales, design, production, and other technical departments.

Qualifications

You have completed studies, for example, in

• Process Engineering,
• Chemical Engineering,
• Environmental Engineering,
• Water Technology

or a comparable technical field.

In addition, you have practical experience with fluid media and process engineering processes – for example, from water treatment, dosing technology, chemical process engineering, process industry, or plant construction.

We also consider the following important:

• a structured and independent way of working,
• enjoyment of developing technical solutions,
• the ability to coordinate multiple projects in parallel,
• fluent German and English language skills,
• driver's license class B

You should be prepared to work regularly at the company's location in Wertheim.

International travel is not a must, but can be part of your role if you are interested, for example, during commissioning or technical projects at the customer's site.
