Job description
Responsible for Project and Process Management 80-100% (m/f/d)
What you drive with us:
- Independent management and steering of demanding cross-departmental projects from conception through implementation to successful completion.
- Ensuring transparency regarding project progress, resources, risks, costs, and achievement of goals. You prepare the basis for decision-making and consistently pursue agreed-upon measures.
- Analysis of existing business processes and development of practical optimization solutions together with the specialist departments. This with a realistic view of benefit, effort, and available resources.
- Identifying opportunities for digitalization and automation of processes. You capture the functional requirements, structure them, and formulate them in such a way that the responsible internal and external parties can understand and implement them.
- Initiation and support of continuous improvement measures, as well as ensuring that they are sustainably implemented and anchored.
- Active support of change processes, simple explanation of complex topics, and promotion of acceptance among employees and managers.
- Responsibility for the further development and maintenance of the process landscape and the process manual.
- Continuous further development of our project and process management methods and introduction of corresponding standards together with the relevant stakeholders.
- You are a competent sparring partner for department and general management on issues relating to projects, processes, efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Conception and execution of internal trainings, for example for Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts. Coaching and support of project managers from the specialist departments (including Green Belts).
What convinces us:
- Several years of sound professional experience in project and process management. You have demonstrably successfully led demanding, cross-departmental projects.
- Sound further training in project, process, or Lean Management completes your profile. A qualification such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or a comparable education is clearly an advantage.
- You lead projects with a high degree of personal responsibility, bring together different interests, and set priorities where impact, feasibility, and benefit are greatest.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, quick recognition of connections, and the ability to assess improvement potential in terms of benefit, effort, and economic efficiency.
- You approach changes with tact and empathy – at the same time, you possess the necessary assertiveness to consistently pursue agreed-upon goals.
- You use digitalization, automation, and new technologies for sustainable process improvement without losing sight of feasibility, data protection, compliance, and operational security.
- You have a good sense for risks, controls, and comprehensible documentation in a quality and data protection sensitive environment.
- Confident demeanor, communication tailored to the audience at all hierarchical levels, and the ability to explain complex topics simply and understandably.
- You moderate workshops with confidence, structure different viewpoints, and pragmatically lead participants to viable decisions.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
- Team spirit is a matter of course for you despite high independence.
We offer:
- A suitable environment for a pragmatic and agile project and process management professional who uses the changes in a growing company to proactively set accents.
- The right atmosphere for someone who feels comfortable in a lively environment and enjoys pitching in with a highly motivated and collegial team.
- Good development and further training opportunities – both professionally and personally.
- A modern work environment with flexible working hours and the possibility to use home office after the introductory phase.
- Five weeks of vacation and a balanced working time model (40h/week with flexitime).
