Head of In-house Spitex 80-100%
starting August 1, 2026, or by appointment.
Your tasks
You conduct assessment interviews and are responsible for accurate needs assessments.
Together with your well-coordinated team, you strive for the best possible quality of care, thereby ensuring the satisfaction of our residents.
You lead by example every day, motivate your team, and thus create a familiar atmosphere.
Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize daily care.
What you bring with you
Training as a certified nurse HF or equivalent training.
Experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector.
You have a flair for dealing with older people.
You are interested in care development and contribute to improving the quality of care.
You are an open and loyal personality who likes to get involved.
