Responsible Operations Maintenance 80-100% Senevita is the largest integrated provider of services in old age and employs around 4,000 employees. Ambulatory and stationary offers seamlessly overlap. While the Senevita locations stand for independent living with care and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services nationwide. For Senevita Westside in Bern, we are looking for a responsible person per immediately or by arrangement to take over the maintenance of our operations 80-100%. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operational processes and procedures are properly maintained and updated. This includes but is not limited to: maintaining and updating existing documentation, monitoring and controlling budgets, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in operations management, and excellent communication skills.
