Task

As cashier manager, you are responsible for planning and coordinating cash register and reception activities, including the safe and administrative management. You supervise financial flows and manage the staff roster. You also work closely with your manager to oversee general cash register activities.

Responsibility Area

• Put customers at the center by listening to them, informing them, and helping them to maintain their loyalty.
• Handle requests or complaints from customers in a professional manner.
• Effective communication with cash register staff through daily briefings.
• Maintain an even distribution of work among cash register employees, taking into account the needs of the store and the rush.
• Manage the opening and closing of cash registers.
• Regularly check cash register contents, take notes, and transfer funds to ensure the safety of cash register staff.
• Efficient planning of cash registers so that there is always enough staff available to help our customers.
• Knowledge of and application of administrative procedures and regulations regarding cash registers and safes.
• Help the cashier to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Profile

• You have a secondary diploma or relevant experience in sales / retail / hospitality or catering, and you have affinity with cash register work.
• You have experience managing a team and working well together with others.
• You are customer- and result-oriented and have an analytical mind.
• You are strong in organization, planning, and communication.
• You are flexible and work in a variable schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays.
