Mission

As cash register responsible, you are responsible for planning and coordinating cash register and reception activities, including the safe and administrative management. You supervise financial flows and manage the staff schedule. You also work closely with your manager for general management of cash register activities.

Responsibility Area

• Customer-centric approach by listening to them, informing them, and helping to maintain their loyalty.
• Professional handling of requests or disputes with customers.
• Effective communication with the cash register staff through daily briefings.
• Care for an even distribution of work among cash register employees, taking into account the needs of the store and the rush.
• Managing the opening and closing of cash registers.
• Efficient planning of cash registers so that there is always enough staff available to help our customers.
• Knowledge and application of administrative procedures and regulations regarding cash registers and safes.
• Helping the cash register to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Profile

• You have a secondary diploma or relevant experience within sales / retail, and you have affinity with cash work.
• You have experience in managing a team and working together with others.
• You are customer- and result-oriented and have an analytical mind.
• You are strong in organization, planning, and communication.
• You are flexible and work in a variable schedule, including Saturday.
