Job Description
You are responsible for the daily management of the body shop department from A to Z.
You are responsible for the planning, quality, and efficiency of the body shop.
The preparation and management of damage files, quotes, and estimates.
You ensure a friendly reception and clear communication between the customer, insurance company, and expert.
You manage the planning of replacement vehicles to guarantee mobility for our customers.
Profile
- You are easy to get along with, administratively and organizationally very strong, and do not shy away from problems
- You do not have a 9-5 mentality and are willing to roll up your sleeves wherever and whenever necessary
- You manage the body shop as if it were your own company
- Experience in automotive and knowledge of Informex is a plus
- You speak Dutch fluently
