Event Technician with Project Lead Function 80-100%

After task-specific onboarding, you will take responsibility for:

• Independent work as a technician for congresses and conferences
• Project management for medium-sized orders on-site
• Working in the areas of audio, congress, and video, and occasionally lighting technology
• Support in planning and preparation of orders
• Administrative tasks related to order planning

You have been working professionally for several years and have a degree as an event management specialist or equivalent professional experience. You are familiar with computers and networks and are proficient in their use. You are accustomed to flexible working hours, as well as weekend and public holiday work. You have mastery of the German language in written and spoken form and also have oral knowledge of English and preferably Schwyzerdütsch. Presentable manners and solution-oriented action are a matter of course for you. You enjoy working in a collegial and flexible team, are resilient, and also appreciate independent work. You possess a Category B driver's license (preferably with trailer).
