Venue Supervisor, Edithvale Full-time, permanent contract | Based in Edithvale Victorian Disability Services (NGO) Agreement 2023, Level 4 Be part of something bigger At Better Health Network (BHN), we’re evolving, strengthening our impact, and reimagining how community health is delivered across Melbourne’s south-east. Adult Community Options (ACO) support people with a range of abilities, from independent through to high and complex support needs. Our disability day programs are designed to enable participants to develop new skills, build connections, and achieve their goals. As Venue Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Edithvale venue, ensuring that all activities and events run smoothly and safely. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. Key responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations at Edithvale venue, including staff supervision, participant support, and event management. • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of participants, in consultation with stakeholders and in line with BHN’s strategic objectives. • Foster strong relationships with local community groups, organizations, and stakeholders to build partnerships and promote our services. • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to disability support and community health. • Collaborate with other teams within BHN to develop and implement initiatives that drive positive change in the lives of people with disabilities.
