We're looking for a proven operator who can lead large teams, drive commercial performance, build culture, and create exceptional guest experiences while developing the next generation of leaders. As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue's operations, including but not limited to: managing a team of up to 50 staff members; developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase revenue and drive customer engagement; maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery; collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new initiatives and programs; and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
