You’ll be responsible for the seamless functioning of our padel club, ensuring a top-notch experience for our members and guests. This is a hands-on role where you'll get to lead a team, manage daily operations, and contribute to the growth of our community. Key Responsibilities: * Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including court maintenance, equipment management, and overall facility upkeep. * Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of court staff, coaches, and support personnel. * Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming environment. * Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute tournaments, leagues, and other events at the venue. * Sales & Revenue: Drive revenue growth through membership sales, court bookings, and merchandise sales. * Financial Management: Manage the venue budget, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. * Community Building: Foster a strong community atmosphere, engaging with members and promoting a sense of belonging. * Compliance: Ensure the venue operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Qualifications: * Experience: Proven experience in venue management, hospitality, or a related field. * Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Operational Skills: Solid understanding of venue operations and facility management. * Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial management principles. * Passion for Sports: A passion for padel and a commitment to promoting an active lifestyle.
