Kijimea – From research. For your life. Since our founding in 2011, we have pursued a clear vision: We want to specifically harness the potential of the microbiota (bacteria) in our gut for a longer and healthier life – for all people.

We already achieved a first major milestone on this path in 2013 with the discovery and clinical research of the unique bacterial strain B. bifidum MIMBb75 (Kijimea Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Since then, we have been able to significantly improve the lives of millions of irritable bowel syndrome patients worldwide. Today, B. bifidum MIMBb75 is one of the most well-researched bacterial strains worldwide. Its effectiveness and unique mechanism of action have been proven and published in numerous clinical studies – including in renowned specialist journals such as The Lancet.

We work with leading research institutions such as Charité Berlin to investigate the connections between the microbiota (bacteria in our gut) and allergies, skin diseases, and psychological disorders. In short: we are investigating how the bacteria in our gut influence a longer and healthier life.

Today, we are among the fastest-growing healthcare companies worldwide. Your Mission with Us

Do you want to take responsibility from day 1 in one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe? Then you're in the right place with us! We are looking for a Venture Manager – Online Marketing Strategy & Growth (m/f/d) for Kijimea, who will identify and build online marketing opportunities for an additional 100 million Euros in revenue with us.

Together with our Rockstar Online Marketing Team, you will identify tomorrow's online marketing trends and be one of the first to build them for Kijimea worldwide. How do you scale TikTok Shop to 10 million Euros in revenue? What processes do we need to close 1000 influencer collaborations per month? How do we test which campaign structure on Google Ads scales best for our funnel? With a marketing budget in the triple-digit millions, we are among the largest advertisers in the pharmaceutical sector. You will have a real impact from day 1 on how we get the most out of our marketing budget.

Your Tasks

• Identify Future Trends: As Venture Manager - Online Marketing Strategy & Growth, you will identify tomorrow's online marketing opportunities: from TikTok to ChatGPT & Co., you will develop strategies to unlock and implement new potentials.

• Understand Success Mechanics: You will analyze how leading global players successfully scale emerging platforms – with the goal of building channels yourself that enable us to gain new reach and additional revenues in the triple-digit millions.

• Implement Hands-on: Together with our Online Marketing Team, you will conceptualize and implement campaigns – from strategic planning to content and creative development. Hands-on work is not a contradiction to strategic thinking for you.

• Scale Data-Driven: You will measure and evaluate performance data, derive action recommendations from them, and consistently drive optimization together with management.

• Realize Global Growth: Your ambition is to build marketing channels that reach billions of people worldwide and generate revenues in the triple-digit millions.

Your Profile

• You see yourself as a doer and are eager to help shape the next innovations in an environment with rapid decision-making opportunities. Important: You do NOT need any pharma or healthcare experience.

• Numbers and analyses excite you. You love to recognize connections and decipher the complex mechanics in online marketing down to the last detail. Strong conceptual thinking is one of your strengths.

• You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Natural Sciences.

• You have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a similarly dynamic environment.

• You possess strong drive, the ability to quickly learn new areas of responsibility, and can communicate complex issues concisely.

• You are a true team player and have a high degree of initiative and goal orientation.

• You are proficient in German and English (minimum C1 level).
