Responsibilities

What you do

• You are responsible for growth for new ventures - from the first click to the first million in revenue
• You build digital shops, funnels, and acquisition engines from the ground up
• You define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for products nobody knows yet
• You manage performance marketing with real budgets and real responsibility
• You turn market insights into conversions - not just awareness

Your toolbox

• eCommerce - Shopify, WooCommerce or Headless. You have launched shops.
• Performance Marketing - Meta, Google, TikTok. You know that CAC and LTV are not abbreviations.
• Analytics - GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar. Data drives your decisions, not gut feeling.
• Content & Brand - you can write copy, brief designers, and build a brand book
• Marketing Automation - Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign. Whatever scales.

Qualifications

• You have built an eCommerce or D2C brand from scratch, or almost
• You know the difference between brand marketing and performance marketing - and can do both
• You enjoy taking P&L responsibility, not just marketing KPIs
• Startup or venture building experience is a must
• Fluent communication in English
