Your Responsibilities

• You will develop new business opportunities and support the establishment and scaling of commercial sales models.

• You will take on your own projects – from analysis and conception to implementation.

• You will analyze KPIs, identify potential for improvement, and derive concrete measures.

• You will work with external partners and internal teams from Sales, Operations, and Product.

• You will support strategic initiatives and contribute your own ideas for business development.

• You will optimize processes and ensure that ideas turn into concrete results.

Your Profile

• You have a completed university degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a comparable field.

• You have initial relevant practical experience, for example through internships or up to about one year of professional experience – ideally in consulting, startups, business development, finance, or an analytical environment.

• You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and find pragmatic solutions.

• You enjoy taking responsibility and convince through initiative and a hands-on mentality.

• You learn quickly, think entrepreneurially, and are eager to drive new topics forward.

• You speak German at C2 level and have very good English skills.
