Venture Development Intern (m/f/d)

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated overall solution for decentralized energy – from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. The core is our AI-powered platform Enpal.One+, which intelligently networks thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in on the energy market.

Your Tasks

• You will take responsibility for your own projects and drive them forward independently.

• You will analyze data and processes, identify optimization potential, and implement improvements.

• You will support the expansion of our retention area and develop measures to retain and win back customers in the long term.

• You will lead daily meetings, coordinate open topics, and ensure that projects progress efficiently.

• You will work closely with various teams and contribute your own ideas to continuously develop our processes.

Your Profile

• You are studying business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable course of study, or have successfully completed your studies.

• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working data-driven.

• You enjoy taking responsibility and tackle topics independently and proactively.

• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and bring things to completion.

• Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or your own projects is a plus, but not a must.

• Excellent German skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
