Job description

We are Charlie's Crew – a VC-funded (Pre-Seed) dog service startup from Munich. We combine professional dog care with our own platform, smart automation, and KI-supported processes. Currently, we care for 100+ dogs with a small, engaged team – and we're growing quickly.

We're looking for an intern to join our team for 3-6 months, who is excited to work cross-functionally on all aspects of an early-stage startup.

Tasks

Cross-functional work across marketing, growth, operations, and product
Own projects from idea to implementation
Collaboration on growth strategies
Close cooperation with the founders on strategic and operational topics
Autonomy from day one

Qualification

Studies in business administration, management, business informatics, etc. (or comparable experience)
Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality
Interest in startups, growth, and digital business models
Analytical thinking paired with implementation strength
Fluent German, good English
Plus: Startup experience
