Venture Developer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Venture Developer (m/f/d) for the development of new business models

You think entrepreneurially, analyze markets structured, and have fun developing and validating new business models from scratch?

As a Venture Developer at EBIT Ventures, you will work closely with us to form viable, profitable companies from ideas. You will develop, test, and optimize business models – data-driven, pragmatic, and with a clear focus on early cash flows.

You will have the option to take over particularly promising models as a founder or focus on building and developing new ventures.

Tasks

• Venture Development: You identify, structure, and validate new business models – from the idea to the viable setup.
• Testing & Iteration: You develop MVPs, test hypotheses in the market, and optimize continuously.
• Operative Implementation: You build initial processes, win customers, and bring ventures into early traction.
• Scaling Readiness: You prepare successful models for scaling or spin-off.
• Optional – Founder Track: You can take over a venture as a co-founder and lead it long-term.

Qualification

• Experience in building projects, startups, or new business areas
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking combined with high implementation strength
• Ability to quickly move from concept to execution
• High self-motivation and ownership
• Very good communication skills
