Venture Developer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Venture Developer (m/f/d) for the development of new business models

Do you think entrepreneurially, analyze markets structurally, and enjoy developing and validating new business models from scratch?

As a Venture Developer at EBIT Ventures, you will work closely with us to transform ideas into robust, profitable companies. You will develop, test, and optimize business models – data-driven, pragmatic, and with a clear focus on early cash flows.

You will have the optional opportunity to take over particularly promising models yourself as a founder and spin them out – or to continue focusing on building and developing new ventures.

Tasks

• Venture Development: You will identify, structure, and validate new business models – from idea to a robust setup.
• Testing & Iteration: You will develop MVPs, test hypotheses in the market, and continuously optimize.
• Operational Implementation: You will build initial processes, acquire customers, and bring ventures to early traction.
• Scaling Readiness: You will prepare successful models for scaling or spin-off.
• Optional – Founder Track: You can take over a venture as a co-founder and lead it long-term.

Qualification

• Experience in building projects, startups, or new business areas
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset coupled with high execution strength
• Ability to quickly move from concept to execution
• High self-motivation and ownership
• Very good communication skills
• Openness to different industries and business models (including “unsexy” markets)
• Very good German and English skills
