Venture Builder (m/w/d) - Owner for Incubate + Build with Focus on B2B SaaS

As Venture Builder, you will take genuine Ownership and lead new digital Ventures (B2B SaaS) from the first idea to First Revenue. You move at the interface between Business, Users, Market, and Product. In a dynamic environment, you will assume responsibility, make informed decisions, and create the foundation for scalable innovations with real market relevance. As you learn continuously, develop new approaches, and shape actively the digital reality of the future. Aufgaben

• You will take end-to-end responsibility for a Venture in the Incubate and Build phases.
• You will lead clear market-, product-, and offer-hypotheses and prioritize experiments.
• You will guide the Venture to Message-Market-Fit, Product-Solution-Fit, and First Revenue.
• You will create prototypes, landing pages, and simple funnels and generate first market signals.
• You will steer internal roles from Development and Marketing goal-oriented and efficiently.
• You will prepare Stage-Gate-decisions and recommend Go-, Pivot-, or Kill-options.
• You will work closely with Founders, entrepreneurs, and the FLYACTS-Team.

Qualifikation

• You have several years of experience in building digital products or business models.
• You think entrepreneurially, take Ownership, and connect product-, market-, and business-perspectives.
• You work securely with Lean-Startup-methods, hypotheses, experiments, and relevant KPIs.
• You bring experience in the B2B environment, ideally in the SaaS context.
• You have a good sense for market, user needs, and problem-solution-fit.
• You communicate clearly, structured, and can complex topics simply present.
• You make decisions structured and assume responsibility.
• Experience as Founder or Co-Founder is a plus.
