What will your day-to-day look like?

As a Venture Builder Intern, you will play a fundamental role in the development of new ventures. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of 2-6 people with diverse profiles and experience, working together to develop innovation projects and explore new business opportunities.

• You will participate in projects from various sectors and industries in different stages of development.
• You will conduct research, market studies, and interviews to identify key insights.
• You will use our methodology to organize and facilitate idea generation workshops, both with your team and with the client.
• You will create robust financial models that support the business model.
• You will design and implement commercial strategies that allow for market impact and scaling.
• You will produce high-quality technical deliverables, meeting Igeneris standards, presenting ideas clearly and structured.
• From day one, you will have direct interaction with directors and CEOs of medium and large companies, presenting results and defending the business model.
• Each day will be dynamic, challenging your creativity and talent to solve problems and propose innovative solutions.
• You will also have internal responsibilities that will contribute to Igeneris' growth and development.

This job is for you if...

• You are a recent graduate or are about to complete a degree related to business (engineering, administration, finance, business, etc.).
• You are familiar with the consulting and innovation sector.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• You are proactive, dynamic, and enjoy teamwork.
• You have excellent attention to detail and high technical quality.
• You know how to solve problems efficiently and creatively.
• You have a strong interest in the digital world and innovation.
