Vendor & Project Manager (Interior Projects)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vendor & Accounts Manager to manage financial operations and support procurement-related functions for our design projects. The ideal candidate will handle both project-driven sourcing activities, vendor management backend accounting and ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, design teams, and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing vendor relationships: sourcing, onboarding, negotiating contracts, and monitoring vendor performance.
• Handling procurement tasks including purchase orders and maintaining vendor databases.
• Processing vendor invoices, managing accounts payable, and ensuring timely payments.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving payment or billing discrepancies.
• Preparing and maintaining financial records related to vendor transactions and project expenses.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Facilitating audit processes by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with project and finance teams to align vendor and financial activities.
• Implementing process improvements in vendor and accounting workflows to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, material management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.​
• Min 2 years of experience in vendor management and accounts, preferably in a interior design or creative firm.​
• Proficiency in MS office esp Excel, accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
