They are currently looking to secure an experienced Vendor Master Data Administrator to join their friendly, supportive and down-to-earth Procurement team on a 3 month contract, to assist with an increase in volume and upcoming system project.
The role:
Reporting to the National Procurement Manager, this position focuses on ensuring vendors are onboarded, compliant, and contractually prepared to support ongoing service delivery.

The role:
Reporting to the National Procurement Manager, this position focuses on ensuring vendors are onboarded, compliant, and contractually prepared to support ongoing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and compliance process for vendors
- Maintain vendor documentation including insurances, certifications, and licences
- Operate and manage a central vendor management system
- Draft and issue vendor contracts, notices, and updates in line with policy
- Manage the Credit Application process
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve queries and support operations
- Ensure new vendor set-up is completed and compliant
- Previous experience in vendor or supplier coordination
- Strong organisational and administrative skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and deliver in a timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools
