Vendor Management Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Vendor Management Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Follow standard techniques to investigate and analyse the size, nature and impact of changes to operational activities.
• Contribute to the recommendations for change management plans and actions.
• Support implementation and engages with stakeholders under direction.
• Collect supplier performance data and investigates problems.
• Validate that suppliers' performance is in accordance with contract terms..
• Act as a routine contact point between the organisation and suppliers concerning contract management.
• Support the collection of contract performance data.
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Deal with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Experience in developing contracting vehicles to support dynamic sourcing delivery.
• Experience developing Statements of Work, Requests for Quote, and Requests for Proposals.
• Experience with monitoring contractor performance and quality control processes.
• Experience with managing contractor and vendor relationships.
• Desired certifications: Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), Certified Supplier,Relationship Management Professional (CSMP) or Certified, Contract Management Professional (CCMP).
• Fluent in English, at least at a level B1.
