Your main tasks will be to: • Develop a deep understanding of the Promod brand and its values; • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues; • Provide exceptional customer service; • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable; • Demonstrate a passion for fashion and a desire to learn; • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets; • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills; • Contribute to the development of the store's visual merchandising; • Assist with inventory management and stock control; • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
