A true ambassador of our commitments and our image as Producers & Merchants to our customers, you will welcome and sell, manage orders, rotations, stocks, and store layout, while respecting the standards inherent to the fish trade. As part of our team, you will be responsible for: * Welcoming and advising customers with a smile and professionalism. * Presenting and selling our fresh products, highlighting their quality and origin. * Managing product orders to ensure optimal availability and freshness. * Implementing stock management strategies to minimize waste and ensure profitability. * Creating attractive displays and ensuring the visual merchandising of the fish counter. * Adhering strictly to hygiene and food safety standards specific to the fish trade. * Contributing to the excellent atmosphere of the store and to the satisfaction of our customers. Your profile: * You have a passion for fresh products and particularly for the sea. * You have a commercial aptitude and a sense of customer service. * You are rigorous, organized, and attentive to detail. * You are dynamic and enjoy working in a team. * Previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to learn is a plus.
