Counter Parts Salesperson M/F

As part of our organization, we are looking for our future counter parts salesperson M/F to join our team based in Connantre (51). Your missions will be: - Manage sales and self-service - Welcome customers at the counter, advise them, and build loyalty.
- Propose and negotiate product sales to customers by arguing and highlighting their technical aspects.
- Organize product presentation to highlight them.
- Actively participate in commercial actions and telesales. - Manage customer and supplier orders - Respond quickly to customer quote or information requests.
- Search for the part corresponding to the customer's request.
- Record customer orders on our IRIUM software.
- Manage the creation of new references in IRIUM.
- Generate and transmit orders to suppliers (in the absence of the purchasing manager), ensuring the best conditions (delivery times, discounts, shipping) and respecting our agreements with Centradis and AGCO. - Manage stock - Participate in grouped stock orders according to the schedule.
- Ensure stock is consistent with seasonal needs and customer breakdowns.
- Ensure that parts intended for counter customers are properly debited (NS locker management). - - - Manage customer and parts disputes
- Process daily part returns and warranties.
- Ensure customer disputes are resolved as quickly as possible.
- Keep management informed of ongoing dispute cases. - Permanent contract (CDI) - 40h/week (overtime paid)
