Job Description: As a Shop Salesperson, you will play a key role in welcoming and retaining our clients. You will be responsible for the daily management of sales and purchase operations within the framework of gold buying, as well as currency exchange. Your main tasks will be: - Welcoming, advising, and assisting clients in their precious metal (gold, silver, etc.) buying and selling processes and currency exchange.
- Evaluating items (jewelry, coins, bars) and proposing an estimate in line with the gold price.
- Carrying out financial transactions in compliance with current standards and regulations.
- Ensuring the maintenance and good presentation of the shop.
- Participating in stock management and product display in the showcase.
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through personalized and professional service.
