Job description
After an integration and training period in our store's methods, you will define and adapt the offering according to seasonality, ensure product merchandising, and play a real role in advising and selling to your customers. As a daily player, you will be responsible for stock management and will take particular care in product selection. Proactive, you will imagine, create, and showcase our product offering. Compensation according to profile, profit-sharing/incentive plan from 3 months of seniority + supplementary health insurance, 5 weeks of paid leave, and a 5% discount on your purchases from 3 months of seniority. 36.75-hour work week with the possibility of working Sundays and public holidays.
