Job Description - Versatile Salesperson Job Title: Versatile Salesperson Sector: Retail Job Type: Part-time 26 hours Main Responsibilities - Customer Welcome and Advice: Handling customers, understanding their needs, guiding them in product selection. - Sales and Argumentation: Presenting items, highlighting promotions, closing sales. - Stocking and Merchandising: Tidying shelves, restocking, attractive product presentation, setting up displays or end caps. - Inventory Management: Checking deliveries, periodic inventories, monitoring stock levels. - Versatility: Working in different departments based on needs (fashion, equipment, electronics, home decor, etc.). - Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Skills Required - Excellent customer service skills. - Interpersonal skills, ability to easily connect with others. - Dynamism, reactivity, and adaptability. - Organization, thoroughness, and autonomy. - Taste for sales and store products. Profile - Beginners accepted, motivation and commercial sense are essential. - Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
