Responsibilities and duties

Main Responsibilities:

• Act in consumer service, offering support and ensuring a positive shopping experience aligned with adidas's standards of excellence.

• Support store operations according to business needs, potentially acting in different areas such as customer service, product organization, stock, cashier, and operational support.

• Contribute to achieving individual and collective store goals through quality service and focus on the consumer experience.

• Collaborate with the team in operational activities and daily store routines, ensuring organization, agility, and efficiency in processes.

• Comply with all store policies and procedures, contributing to a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

• Utilize available digital tools and omnichannel solutions to support the consumer's purchasing journey.

• Actively participate in training and development actions provided by adidas.

• Demonstrate adidas's 3 Cs (Confidence, Collaboration, and Creativity), strengthening the brand's culture on a daily basis.

• Work in a team, respecting individualities and contributing to a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive environment for all.

Requirements and qualifications

Skills and Knowledge:

• Good communication and ease of working in a team.

• Interest in working with consumer service and store routines.

• Organization, responsibility, and proactivity.

• Desire to learn and develop in the retail environment.

• Ability to adapt to different activities and operational needs.

• Affinity with sports, fashion, and brand culture will be considered a differential.

Experience and Education Required / Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma completed or in progress.

• No prior experience is necessary, but experience with consumer service will be considered a differential.
